There are two ways to get started;
First; Pick up an order form from the J.C.M.I. or on our web site.

Next;Check the item and quantity you would like to order.

Then;Return your completed order form along with your check to the J.C.M.I.'s office located at 991 Winterberry Dr., Marco Island, Florida 34145. We will place our orders each Monday at noon. Please remember that orders cannot be processed without payment in full.

Finally; Orders will be ready for pick-up on Friday! We're sorry, but orders cannot be mailed, and must be pick-up up at J.C.M.I.
