Opening Night Film! SAVIORS IN THE NIGHT
Sunday, December 19, 2010 7:00 PM
Based on a true
story, this powerful drama records the story of a German Jewish family, Menne and Marga Spiegel, and their daughter Karin
in 1943, the eve of the final mass deportation of Jews from Germany. Menne is desperately searching for a place to hide his
wife and daughter and turns to his old World War I army comrade, farmer Heinrich Aschoff. Although Heinrich is a patriotic
German, a member of the Nazi Party and the father of a soldier fighting on the Eastern Front, he never hesitates. He simply
says “yes.” Danger lurks constantly as SS officers, Nazi youth groups and frightened citizens threaten to expose
the refugees and their protectors. Other Germans remain steadfast in their protection and today are immortalized at Yad Vashem
in Israel.

Sunday, January 16, 2011 Film 2:00 PM Bagels and Lox 1:00 PM
Like the Dreyfus
Affair 50 years earlier this explosive story with anti-Semitism at its core exposed a religious scandal that shook France
for years after World War II. The setting is southern France, formerly under the fascist Vichy regime. The Finaly brothers,
two little Jewish boys whose parents had given them to a Catholic family for protection are now orphans. In the aftermath of the war despite repeated requests
from relatives their French guardian and the Church hide the boys and refuse to allow them to return to family in Israel.

JEWS AND BASEBALL: AN AMERICAN LOVE
STORY
Sunday, February 27, 2011 2:00 PM
As Dustin Hoffman
narrates off camera, the stories of amazing Jewish major leaguers come to life on the screen. Beginning in the late 1800s
and continuing to this day the star power of Hank Greenberg, Sandy Koufax, Buddy Myer, Norm Sherry, Shawn Green, Kevin Youkilis
and so many others provide evidence of Jewish love of baseball. It’s also a beautiful expression of how much Jews love
America because nothing is more American than baseball. For Jews, success in baseball represents success in America.
Terrific Film…You’ll
love it. 91 MINUTES English MINI HOT DOGS & BASEBALL SNACKS

Florida Premiere! KILLING KASZTNER
Sunday, March 6, 2011 2:00 PM
This the story of Rezso Kasztner,
a Hungarian Jew who was at once both vilified and extolled for negotiating with high-ranking Nazi officials to save the lives
of thousands of his fellow Jews. In face to face negotiations with the architect of the Final Solution, Adolf Eichmann, Kasztner
personally bargained and bribed his way to the largest rescue of its kind during the Holocaust, over 1600 Jews. In post-war
Israel this extraordinary feat was somehow seen as an act of betrayal and Kasztner stood trial in Israel as a Nazi collaborator
and was later assassinated on the doorstep of his Tel Aviv home. Was Kasztner a criminal or a hero? You, the audience, must decide.
