JCMI THRU THE YEARS

What is family? Family is parents, children, brothers, sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousin, etc. Unfortunately for most of us, we are geographically separated from these family members. At JCMI, we have discovered that we have become not just members, but extended family as well. We have a saying at JCMI, "As soon as you enter our doors, you become family". These are not just words, but something that we believe in very strongly and put into practice every day.

Although we are a reform congregation, our founders realized the importance of being inclusive to all. We take pride in our Jewish heritage that includes the richness and traditions of the reform, conservative and orthodox roots of our members. We have spiritual, social, cultural and educational programs geared to the interests of our members and community. We are also proud of our openness, flexibility, and desire to welcome new members into our family.

This coming year we will be greatly expanding our educational and social programs for our membership and community.
